NSW Government Housing Reforms

More and more people have been asking me if they will be affected by the new changes to the NSW Government housing guidelines. The quick review is that if you are within 800 metres of Stockland Balgowlah, Manly Town Centre or Manly Vale Town Centre what can be built on your land has changed in allowable height and building density. I have attached a link to Northern Beaches Council website which gives a very good summary of what the broader changes are and allows you to input your property address to see if it is within the 800m2 zone around the town centres and check your land zoning.
